Product Delivery Timing

Cancellations
Your purchase application is confirmed once our shipping processing is completed.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us via the contact form by 12:00 PM on the same day for morning orders, or by 12:00 PM the next day for afternoon orders.
Returns and Exchanges
We take every care to ensure product quality and accurate delivery, but we will accept exchanges (at our cost) in the following cases:
- You receive a product different from what you ordered
- The received product is damaged
If you contact us via the contact form within 8 days of receiving your product, we will accept returns or exchanges (shipping fees and service fees are the customer's responsibility).
However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The product package has been opened, or labels or tags have been removed
- The product has been used even once
- Damage, scratches, or stains occurred due to the customer's negligence
- Any of the instruction manual, accessories, or included items are missing
- Special order items made at the customer's request
- Hygiene products (masks, earrings, underwear, swimwear, etc.)
- The product is shipped more than 10 days after the return request was submitted
