1. How to Place an Order

STEP 3Check the product and enter your preferred delivery date
Orders placed by 2:00 PM are generally shipped the same day.
If you want the earliest possible delivery, please select "No preference".
* Orders placed on our closed days will be handled on the next business day.
* Even if you specify a date and time, delivery on the requested date/time may not be possible depending on the region or the delivery carrier's circumstances.
STEP 4Select a payment method and billing address
Payment methods available:Credit card payment, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, cash on deliveryYou can use the following.
If you would like to specify a different billing address, select "Use a different billing address" and enter it.
When you are finished, press the "Review Order" button, check your details, and then press "Complete Order".
How to Use a Credit Card
If you selected "Credit card payment" as your payment method, please enter your credit card information.
Please be sure to enter your own name in the cardholder name field.
(If the orderer's name and the cardholder name are different, payment may not be possible.)
STEP 5Order Complete
All order procedures have been completed.
A confirmation email with your order details will be sent after completion, so please check it.
If you do not receive the order completion email even after 2 business days, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us from the Inquiry Formwith your order number included.
At a later date, you will receive an email with shipping information. If you specified a delivery time or wrapping, please check the details in that email.

3. About Shipping
Shipping is free for purchases of 15,000円 or more (tax included) (excluding Okinawa Prefecture)
* For cash on delivery shipments, only the cash on delivery fee (400円) will be charged.
Shipping is a flat 660円 (tax included) per order, excluding Okinawa Prefecture.
Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture is a flat 1,100円 (tax included) per order, regardless of purchase amount.
4. About Product Shipping
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express.
