About Cancellations

Your purchase order is finalized once we ship the product.
We cannot accept cancellations after we have begun preparing the order for shipment. Please be advised of this in advance.

Collection of Personal Information

Our company will clearly disclose the purpose of use at the time of collecting personal information, and will use such information only within that scope.
If we need to use personal information for a purpose outside the stated scope, we will obtain the prior consent of the individual concerned.
Personal information collected prior to the enactment of our personal information protection policy will be used only within the scope of the purpose stated at the time of collection.

About Returns & Exchanges

We take every care to ensure the quality and proper delivery of our products, but we will accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Received products that differ from your order or are damaged
    We will accept returns and exchanges only for items we determine to be defective within one month of shipment.
    Our company will cover all shipping and handling fees associated with returns and exchanges.
  2. Returns/Exchanges at the Customer's Request
    We will only accept these requests if you contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.
    Shipping and handling fees in this case will be the customer's responsibility.

However, even if you contact us within 8 days of receiving the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Items whose packaging has been opened, or whose labels or tags have been removed
  • Items that have been used even once
  • Items that have been scratched, damaged, soiled, or otherwise impaired due to customer negligence
  • Items missing any of the instruction manual, accessories, or included components
  • Custom special-order items produced in response to customer requests

About Refunds

  1. Refunds at Our Company's Liability
    We will transfer the refund to your designated bank account.
    We will refund all costs including shipping fees and handling charges.
  2. Refunds at the Customer's Discretion
    We will refund the product's base price (including tax).
    The bank transfer fee will be the customer's responsibility.

For credit card payments, refunds will be processed according to the methods and timelines specified by your card issuer.
