Shipping Fees
Shipping costs a flat rate of 660 yen (tax included) per order, excluding Okinawa Prefecture.
Free shipping applies to orders totaling 8,000 yen (tax included) or more.
Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture costs 1,100 yen (tax included) per order, regardless of your total purchase amount.
*For cash on delivery shipments, only a cash on delivery fee (400 yen) will be applied.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Sagawa Express.
Delivery Times
Orders placed by 14:00 will ship the same business day, in principle.
*If we need to source products from an external warehouse, order fulfillment may take 1 to 2 weeks. Additionally, orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day.
Order inquiries are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Typically, your order will arrive within 1 to 5 business days after shipping.
*Delivery to Okinawa and some remote islands may take 7 to 10 business days.
*Delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice card will be left. Please request redelivery following the instructions on the card.
The window to collect your package is within 1 week of the shipping date. If the deadline passes, the package will be returned and your order will be canceled.

You can select a preferred delivery time slot from the options below.
*We cannot guarantee delivery will occur exactly during your requested time slot.
*Some regions may not be eligible for scheduled delivery time slots.

Tracking Your Package
After your order ships, you can check its delivery status by entering your delivery tracking number on the Sagawa Express official website.
Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email sent when your order ships.
